SO WHAT DO I DO? MY daughter has my lastname instead of the father,for,he never signed the birth certificate.

First step, easy, hire a Family Law attorney to process the adoption. You need an attorney to make sure the adoption is handled totally legally.

You will need to get the father's assent to the adoption. The lawyer will handle that.
