I have really bad pain in my lower back. I started my period 2 weeks early. I have my tubes tied so .I know that I am not pregnant . I have taken pain medicication 2 times today. Nothing is helping. What should I do?

If the pain is so bad it inhibits your mobility then see a doctor. Low back pain can be anything from muscle pain to kidney problems. Muscle pain isn't going to kill you but you can die from kidney problems. Please see your doctor as soon as you can.
