After that a month later I had a late period then the month later it was early after those two months I've evperinced all the pregnancy sympoms that I experinced the first time an my stomach is slowly increasing in size... I don't know know how but I went to the doctor to get on birth control and he said looks like your already 3 months pregnant

It is very simple. The condom failed or you weren't as careful in its use as you thought you were.

If you had an abortion after your April question, the abortion may have failed.
