    Terrible leg cramps
    My MIL is having awful leg cramps all up her leg. Its so painful it brings her to tears. What can we do to relieve the pain? She has bad kidneys so can't take potassium, and has had a heart attack and is on Aspirin, so can't take other pain killers.

    No. There are about 7 things she takes regularly, including vitamin D, aspirin, amlodipine, Atorvastatin, lysinapril, can't remember the others off hand.

    Calcium would help leg cramps -- even a glass of milk now and then.
