I have a Yardman Lawn mower with a Briggs and Stratton 9 Hp motor. I bought it used the owner said he rebuilt the carb. The carb. Kept fludding on it. I bought a new carb from briggs and stratton. Insalled it and still have the same problem.
Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this problem.

Check the interior of the old fuel line to see if it is going to pieces; they will hang the inlet needle and cause the engine to flood.
