How much money do you have? While it is theoretically possible to control gender via artificial insemination, there are many ethical considerations. I'm not sure you will find a physician who will take on the task. Even if you do, the cost of AI is pretty high. It is also not covered by insurance.

My frist operation is due to b.p high,in 7th month doctors did the operation,n second my daughter take 10 months prangancy,the doc said it would be operate otherwise your baby was in dangour

Becz in my family there are only daughters of everyone

That doesn't answer why you need twins or triplets or, for that matter, why you need sons.

If and when you get pregnant there is no guarantee you will have twins, triplets or boys.

Everyone have daughters in my family and I have 2 daughter thts why I need twins boys
