Maybe nothing, but right after I woke this morning, I had pain in chest arm and under my chin, hard to breathe... lasted about 1.5-2 hrs. Pain is gone now, but I am weak and shaky.Did I have a heart attack? The pain is gone, do I need to go to the ER?

Hopefully it's indigestion or a pulled muscle - but what if it's not?

I'd go to the ER and just be safe!
