Premature Ejaculation and Elect rile Diffusion

I am 27 years old man,I am suffering from Premature Ejaculation and Elect rile Diffusion. During first round of sex I ejaculate less than 1 minute after inserting penis in vagina. And for second round its taking long time to erect the penis and also erection is not hard. Please suggest what should I do? Is this curable or not.My parents planning my marriage very soon, should I delay marriage due this. Please suggest I am very tense these days.

Yes I visited to uronologist and he suggested some medicine. My treatment was six month long, during treatment everything goes fine erection was good. But when I stopped taking medicine/treatment after that same problem started again. And this time problem become more complicated, even I am not able to maintin erection in first round of sex and ejaculated within 30 seconds.

Have you gone back to the urologist since the end of the medical treatment? Obviously the medication helped, so maybe it needs to be a long term thing. Only a doctor can decide that though.

I was responding only to the medicines if I was not taking medicines than I am not able to perform well.

Then that's a good indication you need those medications. Most people don't respond to meds they aren't taking. In fact I'm willing to venture a guess nobody responds to meds they aren't taking.

You also haven't said the name of the drug.
We have to assume that the drug worked, BUT there's a chance it 'worked' because you expected it to work.
You do know that most of the world bumbles their way through their first times at sex, right? If your girlfriend isn't 'being' very sexual, you might just be turned off by how she acts. Does she participate, help, do what turns you on? Have you talked to each other about what turns each of you on?
You might be suffering from a lot of anxiety about marriage or having sex before marriage. You didn't answer the question about your bride being a virgin or not. Do both sets of parents know you are having sex before marriage?
Finally, is there a chance that you might prefer men? Just tell us NO if not and don't get all worried about it. I'm worried about bringing it up, because I have a feeling you are anxious about everything.

Yes you are right drug worked, if I was taking drug before sex, I am able to gain good erection. Without drug erction is not hard.
I tried sex with my girlfriend many times, I discussed with her about my problem, she understand my feelings. But do not why my sex performance going down day by day.

Is this the woman you are supposed to marry?
