So I took a digital test and it said positive then about 30 minutes later tested again and it said negative. Which test should I believe.

False negatives are very common. False positives aren't. The best time to test is with the first urine of the day. So if you tested first thing in the morning, then waited and tested again, the first test would be more accurate as it was taken with the first urine.

Either way it's best to confirm the results with your doctor.
