Can my 18 yr old son continue to get survivor benefits after graduating high school if enrolled in college till the age 21?

(babyneuvar1, you are on another post.)

He can continue to get benefits after 18 if he is a full time student.
SSA mails SSA-1372-BK to child 3 months before 18th birthday, or he downloads and prints it off SSA.gov
Benefits end 2 months after he reaches 19.

Thanks for the info. I had already read this. It did not specify if my son would be able to continue getting benefits through age 19 enrolled in college. I have since found out that SSA does not pay after age 19 unless in high school period. College does not count.
    Thanks for help

Actually it did. You had to expand the question in the FAQs,
"What does SSA mean by secondary education?
We consider courses at grade 12 or below to be secondary education."

I apologize for not answering your question that was specifically about college.
