    Lying in court
Lying to the judge not under oath, my sister told the judge in a written statement
That she had a police witness, the judge believed her - and put an IVO on me,
Because she claimed she had reported violence to the police officer, it turned out
She had lied. The police officer stated he never ask to be a witness and she had
Not reported family violence for their was no violence to report - she had
Blantanly lied to the Judge - is that perjury my email [deleted]
    Send me answer pleas G

The judge believed her statement that you had been violent, not that she had a witness to this violence. Whether she had a witness would be irrelevant in any event. The alleged statement of the officer would be inadmissable hearsay, unless the officer himself was in court.

Court will not find out, and he would just say that his client had told him, and that he was not aware that his client lied to him.

    Nothing would happen to lawyer.

Lawyers, tell their side of the truth all the time, based on what their client tells them.

If you knew it was a lie, you accepted it by not objecting,
