Every girl is different, so there's really no way to answer your question.

If the girl isn't shy she'll text the boy a lot, flirt with him, post on his Facebook wall, call him, etc. etc.

If the girl is shy she probably won't do anything.

Of course some girls flirt with every single guy they know, and some girls that don't say anything to a guy, are just not that into him.

It really depends on the individual. In most situations people don't fit into a neat little mold where their actions are the same as everyone else's.
