Call him. Do you actually know him? Do you know his family?

There's absolutely no way any of us can help you find him with the limited information you've posted. When I Google Nath Hanzo, nothing comes up but your post here. So he either doesn't exist, or he has nothing in his name online.

You could hire a private detective, that would be the only chance you have, unless you know his family and they know where he is.
