How do I find out the speed that a ford pick up was going when it T boned a saab?
The saab was struck behind the front door on the driver's side. The seat was bent in half killing the driver. The frame behinf the driver was crushed 12 inches. The car was pushed about 60 feet spun around and thrown over the metal guard rail in the opposite direction.

There are 'car accident speed calculators' online, but you are talking about a death, so you need to hire a traffic accident specialist, who needs more information than you have given here.

The question is why haven't you retained a lawyer, if this is an accident that pertains to you? What is the status of the insurance?

My guess, this is a question for someone studying, but you will use a chart and base it on many factors including skid marks, weather conditions, point of impact, angle of impact and more. To have estimates that will stand up in court
