I'm 23 have two kids. The father and I was together 5 years just divorced but he won't use his time to see the kids when it's his weekends or during week! What can I do they both miss there daddy! Bryson is 4 and Brooke is 1 I give him option that I keep them at night still if he don't want to but during the day? He just goes to bar instead!

If you have tried talking to the father and noting has happen in regards to him seeing his kids,then there's really not much you can do at this point. If he keeps up with paying child support then he is doing his job, but if he doesn't want to see his kids, there is really no law against that even thou it doesn't seem right. I would recommend a relationship/marriage professional for the both of you and then maybe having an expert speak to him will have some kind of impact on the way his going about.

You can lead a horse to water but not make him drink. While you can force a father to financially support his children, you can't force him to be a father.

Sorry you picked such a loser to have children with. But you are stuck with him. You might talk to a counselor about how to help your kids deal with this rejection.

There is nothing you can do, he can not be forced to see the kids, just forced to pay child support.
