2 days ago I had the mirena removed and the same day started the Nuba ring... I was told I wouldn't have a period.. It's been 2 days and I am cramping and bleeding.. I am only using this to control endometriosis... I have tried because pills and they cause enough issues of their own with me... So my question is... Do I leave this ring in and hope it all leveled out? Or take it put have the period the start new.. My Gyno wants me to not have periods so I don't get why I'm having one or what I should do... So frustrated... I put a call in and never received a call back... military...
