I had a full period on March 4th-9th. I started bleeding and bad cramping on March 31st but only lasted for 2 1/2 days. I took a HPT about 4 days ago and it was negative. I wiped this morning and it was light pink. I have been having fatigue, headaches, urinating frequently, light cramping and some nausea Should I take another HPT and when?

If and when you miss your next period, wait two weeks and take a test. Extra bleeding doesn't generally mean you are pregnant. Some people talk about "implantation bleeding" but my understanding is that it's very rare.
