Depends on a lot of factors. The first one is what kind of birth control you are on.

Okay, so you stop taking it. If you want to get pregnant just stop taking it, but understand that for the average healthy couple, without birth control, can take up to a year of actively trying before conception happens.

Ok so if I stop taking it won't I bleed for days after?

Yes, you will bleed. It's part and parcel of the manufactured hormones leaving your body. If you want to get pregnant you will have to deal with the aftermath of stopping birth control.

    Is that a problem?

Like I've been on it 2 years. How long will I bleed and how long will it take me to become pregnant?I am wanting one like now lol

How long you bleed will vary from woman to woman. I can't give you an answer to that. Usually a week or so, but don't hold me to that.

Women who have NEVER used birth control can take up to a year of actively trying before conceiving. So give up the idea that you can have one "like now."

How could we possibly help? If you stress and make getting pregnant a huge urgent project, you will not get pregnant. Your body will rebel and say no.

Your best thing to do is to eat good foods that nourish your body, take a good daily vitamin, and get plenty of exercise. Be sure to see your doctor and tell him/her you want to get pregnant, and then find out specific ways to improve your chances. There are specific nutrients that a pregnant woman needs for a healthy baby, so that is what you need to find out. Folic acid is one of them.

It took me three years to finally get pregnant, and like J_9 said, as much as a year is often the case.
