    Allowances TN Status
    Hi,
    I live in Mexico and I cross everyday to US (Texas) to work in TN status.
    I am paying my house and maintaining my wife in Mexico

    How many allowances can I have?

    I've read that I cannot declare myself as married since I am a Non-residence alien.

    Claim two allowances, because you CAN claim your wife as a dependent on Form 1040NR.
