What is movie in which guy (could be writer can't remember) moves in new house with new neighbors 2 girls and a guy. One of girls was amateur photographer and guy who was living 1 floor was gay (he could tell what other neighbors were doing in house by listening to footsteps).
There was one scene I remember in which guys that were moving furniture were tossing it from truck then gay guy from house exit with gun and threaten them to unload truck carefully.
I would really appreciate if you could tell me name of movie because I can't remember anything from it apart from 2-3 scenes and even that is in blur :(
