Okay, so basically I fancy my best friends younger brother. But there isn't much of an age gap between me and him (both 15) its only 3 months. But I'm scared that if we start dating I'll lose my bestie and I really don't want that to happen because we have been besties for nearly 6 years. Sure - a bestie is someone you trust to be able to handle anything you tell her. Just do it gently and in a casual way, such as 'your brother is so cute, does he have a girlfriend?'

Best girlfriends don't have to lose each other when they reach dating age. You need each other to tell your boyfriend troubles to, for starters.

Do you have any clue that he is interested back? Sometimes it's good to get that out of the way first. Ask if he has a girlfriend and take it from there.

If she is your best friend, you tell you that you think you like her brother. If you are so afraid that it will cause a problem, don't do anything about it. But I don't know why she would get upset.

I have the same problem! I have been bffs with for the same amount of time. He said he likes me and keeps asking me out. We sort of had a date but she was the 3rd wheel.
