My lmp was 19.02.2013, I had u/s on 8.4.2013, the report says No definite yolk sac or fetal pole is noted within the gestational sac.. Is my baby safe?

To those of us in the US, it boggles the mind when medical test reports are given out without discussion in person with the doctor first. When is your next visit? Can you call and ask, given that your doctor has the report too? Perhaps you conceived later than expected going by lmp.
