I live in Florida and evicted the person living on my property and he agreed to give me the title to the home for the back rent owned. He was to meet me to give me the title but never showed.
It has been sitting on my property for 7 years and I would like to clean it up and see if I can rent it but don't want to spend any money on it if I can't get the title.
I have a bill of sale from him but I didn't think that would be enough. It hasn't been currently tagged since he left and since the law is after him he is impossible to locate for any paperwork.
HELP.
