I purchased the Harbour Breeze Helix II Chrome Ceiling Fan, Model Number 78512 from Lowea in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Unfortunately, one of the protective glass shields was defective. We went back to the store informed them of the problem but they did not have any extra on hand. In the meantinme we spent $300.00 for an electrician to install the ceiling fan. Where can I order purchase at least 6 of the protective glass shields.
