Are you trying to conceive? If so, how long have you been trying? Have you tracked ovulation by taking your basal temperature for at least 6 months? Why do you think you can't conceive?

It's unlikely that you caused any damage that would leave you sterile simply by falling. Your period likely came because it was due, not because you fell.

If you're concerned about this you should discuss it with a doctor.
