Girlfriend brought a bike over, had not ran in two year, sat in cold barn... I got bike running, cleaned tank, fuel lines, changed oil, bike purred like a kitten.
Stored here last year, heated garage on carpet... started regularly...
Weather broke, started bike, had to jumpp bike... jumped bike and when you hit gas it sputters
The light dim when hit gas
Put digital multimeter on bike, not charging at throttle... bike will throttle up slow, but when throttle fast it dies, and will not start or turn lights on
Keeps blowing a15 fuse, not all just the first one.
Is it a regulator, or stater?
I always thought if a bike has a bad stater, it will shut down when it gets hot, at least a yamaha does...

Please let me know what you think...

Oh and it is running horribly rich now...

Sounds like one problem is that the carbs have junk in them and need to be removed and rebuilt/cleaned. That may solve the issue as you need to get it running right first.
