    Hi

    Yesterday I had IUI done for the first time. It was done at 10am. My husband and I ended up having intetcourse late that same night. I was wondering if this could negatively affect my chances of this working. Also he did "finish" last night.

    What were the instructions given to you after the IUI? Were you advised to refrain from intercourse?

    No I wasn't given any instructions at all.

    From my understanding on IUI, and I'm not too familiar with it, but am knowledgeable in the human anatomy, it could affect the IUI. It would be in your best interests to contact your fertility specialist as soon as the office is open with your questions.
