    Default on payments
If you have a judgement that you having been making payments on for two years now then you didn't pay anything for 3 months due to seasonal layoff then started paying again can they still freeze your bank account and garnish your wages? No payment plan was set up and the judgement reads 5000.00 plus 2.26 percent per year until paid

First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your post to its own thread.

Once your creditor has a judgment, they can use legal means to collect on it at any time. Unless you have a written settlement order that precludes them from taking action as long as abide by the terms.

So without such a settlement they could execute a writ at any time.
