I have been married 21 years, and have 5 kids . My husband changed after getting good job and money, I can't take it anymore. What are my rights if I ask for divorce?

Where do you live, Spain, France, US, if in the US, what state, laws all differ by location.

Are there minor children to settle custody of.

Do you work, if so, how long, is there joint property owned by both, joint debts,

Basically in my state in US, you can ask for 1/2 of the property you both own. You may or may not have right to spouse support for limited time but that will depend on many earning factors.
