I'm 15 days late for my cycle I spotted very lightly for three days and stopped spotting the day I was suppose to start my cycle and haven't started. My first day of my last cycle was 2-19-13 and ended 3-19-13. But what's confusing is I've taking four urine test and they were all negative. Could I be pregnant?

Some times it just changes if your in your teens. But in your 20s maybe not any way weight a little you never know

You could have tested too early. Many women don't get a reliable answer using a home pregnancy test until well into their second trimester. Some never get a reliable answer with a home pregnancy test.

When did you last test? You should not test until your period is at least 2 weeks late. Did you test using first morning urine? First morning urine is more accurate.

At this point I'd wait until your next period is due. If you miss it test again using first morning urine, or get a blood test done at your doctors office.
