How can you possibly be 7 weeks pregnant today... when just 3 days ago you were only 2 weeks late for your period with a your first positive test result?

I am tested my pregnancy it is positive and also calculate my pregnancy it is 7 week pregnant.my last period date was 14 feb 2013 OK you calculate my pregnancy it is 7 week or not?
