My dr. Suggested I take Deslym PM at night to help sleep when allergies unbearable. If I taken 2 tbl spoons 2x 3 days prior- 12 tblspns total & had to take a ua that was sent to the lab Monday morning- what effect will the desylm pm have on the test? I just read the label & it has 10% alcohol

You will probably get a positive reading - but a Doctor prescribed it, right?

I'm confused - you also were drinking, knowingly ingesting alcohol PLUS the "sleep aid"?

Nice catch. This seems to be the best answer this question can get. Looks like it will be an excuse.

Yes I was advised my the doctor to take the pm version of the OTC medicine for allergy relief.

No I was not drinking alcohol.
