I got a assault in 4th degree then got deferred sentencing for two years pass and Paid all my fees and classes passed my poligrafh test but then during that time my victim had a baby right after my probashon then victim dads gets mad and says he going to reopend my case and the baby is mine and we wernt sopossed to have Contac at the time I was wondering if I can get busted and get my baby boy taken away?
