Im 23 weeks and 5 days pregnant. All day I've been experiencing pain in my lower abdomen. Earlier it was lifht cramps like period pains now a lot stronger but same place. Last night baby was moving a lot and today not felt anything except harsh jolts pushing down my stomach. I have asked my mum and sis and they say your bidy will go through strange feelings but I feel something's wrong and my last pregnancy I had an ectopic when I looked for advice they said it will be nothing and it was. What shall I do?

You should get off the computer and call your Doctor - why are you waiting if you are in a lot of pain?
