I'm Arif 32 years of age weight 92 kg and height is 5 feet 11 inches.well for the past few days I am suffering from a kind pulling pain in my lower legs that gives pulling sensation in my calves and along with this poblem sometimes I feel my foot base burning.The pain that I had metioned above does not last for a month .Generally it appears for continuous 10 days then again vanishes then again appear after 1 month or 2 and vanishes.My uric acid levels are also on border line.Daily in the morning I used to walk 3 to 4 kms.do this pain is due to this walking or my weight.Sometimes I feel stiffness at the back of my knees.I feel pain in my joints too.Plz tell that why this happen.or is there any exercise by which I can get away from this problem.
