I missed my period in February the beginning of march I started bleeding for three days but it was moderate bleeding my period was suppose to come on again march 30th till April 4th but I haven't started my period yet and it's the 3rd of April in February I took 4 pregnancy test but they were all negative.

I use to have periods, then I would skip a month, and spot the next month, then bleed it was all out of wack, the doctor said everyone's body reacts different, but nothing was wrong with me. Then I got the implanon bar in my arm, so I no longer have periods.

Well how old are you and how long has it been since you had your very firsdt period? You have to think if you are young and you only started a few years ago then most likely they will be irregular for a while

Time to test again. Make sure to use first morning urine when you test. False negatives are very common, there are many women that never get a positive using a home pregnancy test, even though they are in fact pregnant. If this test is negative I would get a blood test at the doctors office next.
