My daughter has lower abdominal pain with missed periods, bloating, difficulty eating, nausea and vomiting, weight loss. Can this be due to ovarian cyst or cancer

It depends on her age, but cancer is unlikely. An ovarian cyst is possible, but really, it could be any number of things.
The best way to tell what's wrong is for her to go to the doctor and have a physical exam performed. There are symptoms that the doctor will know to look for that may not be evident to you or your daughter.
