What would make the rear spark plug foul with in minutes of replacing and start skipping I have been told rings or valves hoping that there's another reason

Valves shouldn't make it foul. What is the compression? Sure the plug wire is good?

Not sure of compression and used 2 brand new plugs but full of carbon after a mile or two

Fouling that fast indicates the cylinder is not firing or you have an oil issue. Check the compression. Oil fouling indicates low compression, bad rings, possible head gasket. Carbon fouling indicates weak spark or too much fuel. Is this an injected model?
