I have a dilemma. I have gone several years without a salary to my company while working everyday in the company. My salary over the last two and 1/2 years would average about 75,000 annually. Also since 2004 one of our accounting registers, loans to shareholder, shows that I owe the company 120,000 dollars.
Is there a way to offset what I given the company in time and effort to negate the debt?
