Whalen heat pump. Was working fine, but I decided to install new honeywell RTH7500D thermostat. Connected wires, set program... fan kicks on but no heat?

Blue, red, yellow and green.
Blue to O/B
Red to red with jumper
Yellow to yellow
Green to green
