Does not really matter, since weight not properly lost just comes right back.
I know that, but I didn't ask whether it was an appropriate method or if I will just gain weight back when I start eating normall again, I just need to know how much I will lose in both a week and month :)
Not much more than 20 lbs, and hurt your health. There are some max lose when body starts using up muscle instead of fat.
20lbs a month?
There's really no way to give you a number, it all depends on your metabolism, your health, and many other factors.
I will tell you that you're losing weight in a very dangerous way. I hope you're ready to face the medical consequences that could occur from doing this. Some of them are life long. Is it worth it?
Actually with this insanely restricted diet you are unlikely to lose anything of consequence as the body will enter starvation mode.
If you want to manage your weight then seek professional assistance before you cause irreparable damage.
Any of you want to suggest something safer? Fast weight loss though
Impossible to comment without knowing more about you.
Simple things like height, weight, sex, age etc..
Im a girl, 17, 5 foot 5 and 153lbs yepp I'm big
And fast because I also have an anxiety disorder and myself confidence isn't high at all, I hardly ever go out, I didn't go to college, I need to get a job, but I can't until I'm happy with myself :/
You should try eating more like 800-1000 calories per day that's a safe range and your body won't go into starvation mode.
Drink a lot of water, and exercise. Also have 5-6 small meals so that your digestive system is constantly active rather than having one meal which won't do you much. Also as other readers have suggested it depends on your metabolism so don't expect unrealistic results if you know that you don't lose weight easily.
I have multiple issues which my digestive system and have low metabolism, my dr. suggested counting calories and sticking to that range (800-1000).
I used to weight 264 lb now I'm 189lb (7 months of dieting rights and exercising) and still need to lose 29lb to be in ideal weight range which I'm working on. I don't think what you're doing will get you where you want, and you will hurt your body and mind if you keep on
