    When he was a juvenile the police talked to him about texting like hurrassement bug wasn't charged with anything now he is 19 and being accused of the same thing can they bring it up about when he was a Juvenile if he wasn't charged with anything

    No, if he is now an adult and the case from then was dropped by law they can not hold that against him. That no longer exists. All that they can hold against him is what he is being accused of now.

    Can they bring it up ? Is this against the same person, if so, they may use his prior act.

    But if he was not charged or convicted of it, unless it is against the same person, no they could not use it.

    I don't know what you mean by "bring it up". They CAN bring it up at certain times during the case, and they CAN'T bring it up at others...

    Details would help.
