Won't start, I have replaced glow plugs, glow plug controller, both batteries, checked valve cover gasket pluggs, wiring etc... everything is OK and functioning in glow plug system. Still no start.
If block heater is plugged in and you use wd-40 in the intake it will start eventually.
Checked fuel pressure it is OK, also replace fuel filter

    Thanks bmac1028

A couple of things could be your problem. Oil in high pressure system draining back. Under the plastis cover you will see a rectangular reservoir with a hex plug towards drivers side. Remove and check for oil to top. This is the oil supply to your injectors. With out the pressure, they won't fire.By the wd40 you may be starting enough to build the pressure. Are you getting any codes? After it starts with wd40 what does it do, drive fine? Did you ohnm out the glowplugs through the valve cover harness? Let me know.
