Nothing wrong with your wife's breast. Many women have these issues. Surgery can help.

My guess is that 3 years ago he touched her right boob, and since he touched it, it got smaller, or bigger, one of the two.

In other words, he thinks that the size change is because he touched her breast.

To the OP, women's breasts are always changing. It's normal for one breast to be bigger than the other, and you touching it had nothing to do with it. It's just the way breasts are.
