My parents rent in nj they are senior citizens do they get a 5 day grsace period by law to pay rent before late fee is charged?

According to NJ law, if a person is a senior citizen and receives a Social Security check then they are entitled to a 5 day grace period to pay rent if their rent is due on the first of the month.
