In 1st scanning my due date is between April 17th to apr 24th 2013

Then on the last scanning it will be in between apr 10 and 17th 2013

Is it safe for taking the baby on April 5th 2013? Is any problem occur due to this date?

And please calculate the correct week of my baby.

If paternity is in question you will have to wait until the baby is born to have a DNA test.

I wish I could tell you differently, but it's impossible.

Conception dates are estimates, never an exact day. They can be give or take a week at best and sometimes more.

So no there is no exact date of conception, no doctor can give you one at all. They can find a 14 day time frame at best when you got pregnant.

So if you wish an exact conceptoin date , that is not possible.

No, there should be no problem at all. I'm curious though why you want to have the baby before the due date.

Because am now have some breathing problem, pain on the bottom of stomach, very restless,sleepless ,etc... etc...

As per the last scanning report the baby will be 38 weeks 2days on apr 5th.

38 weeks and 2 days is fine for delivery of the baby.
