I'm 11 weeks pregnant, spotted last night light pink to light red just for a few minutes. Today I've had no bleeding but hurting in my back and cramping around my bladder, a little pain when I urinate. I do know I have a UTI, could this be associated with the UTI or a miscarriage?

Most likely this is associated with the UTI. Miscarriage would include extreme cramping and bleeding.

Does not sound like a miscarriage, but a vist to your doctor would not be out of line to be checked

I would like to add that an untreated UTI can lead to premature labor and delivery. In the case of the OP, it could lead to miscarriage.
