In 2003 I got divorced.When time came to file taxes I put my kids down as dependants and myself as head of household.My ex husband did the same, and know I've been the one the IRS is collecting from.Some how, some way,he got away with it; which is OK but I got to correct this issue for it's 4yrs. Old.
I know there is a form to fill out that serves as proof of my children living with me then and still do now.
Does anybody know what this form is ?
