I am 18 almost 19, and I need to get custody of my 6 and 9 year old sisters because my mom is going to jail, How to I go about this? Is it even possible?

Has there been a trial? Has she even been arrested. If she is arrested a social services case worker should be assigned and your sisters will be assigned to a foster home. Talk to the case worker and tell them you want to foster them.

No she has not yet, she is "wanted"
But okay thanks, Can I get that done before they go to a home? That's the last thing they need.

You could ask your mom for guardianship and then she can turn herself in and get on the right track.

Where is the father? Normally he would have custody of children if mother is in jail
