    Copper elbow leaking
Hi I have a Copper pipe elbow that's leaking, about pin sized hole I tried using magic tape but I think the hot water stop's the tape from working any temporary ways/advice to stop the leaking for now?

If it is leaking out the soldered part, almost impossible to stop due to the pressure. If the leak in in a flat spot, use a screw clamp and a piece of rubber tubing and squeeze tightly. I have a repair that I did with epoxy and rubber plus the clamp and it has held for years.

If you have a bit of slack in pipe - as the chances are there will be - carefully cut out that leaking 90 and install Shark Bite 90. No soldering, easy to do...
